3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
3 eggs beaten
1 cup oil
3 cups apples chopped
1 cup chopped walnuts
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add oil, vanilla, eggs, apples and nuts.
Add nuts. Mix and press in pan.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
3 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon, dash of salt
5 tart apples pealed and chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nut
Mix and spread in a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake 350 for 1 hour. Cut in squares.
Dust with confectioners sugar. Moist!!

Wash, peel, core, and cut apples.
Place in sauce pan with about 2" of water.
Cook over medium heat until soft.
Add sugar & cinnamon to taste. Mash and enjoy!
4-5 baking apples
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbl. flour
1/8 t. cinnamon
1-2 T. butter
Peel, core and slice apples.
Arrange half in pie crust and sprinkle
with half of the sugar, cinnamon and
flour mixture. Add remaining apples and
sugar mixture. Dot with butter. Cover with
upper crust. Cut four vents, and bake at
400 for 35-40 minutes. Filling should be
bubbling when done.
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup shortening (crisco)
1 T. butter
1/4 cup cold water
Combine flour and salt, add shortening.
Cut in with a fork or pastry blender until
it becomes broken into the size of peas.
Add water a little at a time. Roll and kneed
until it forms a smooth ball. Chill in
refrigerator for 5-10 minutes. Roll out on
floured surface.
5 c. baking apples sliced
sprinkle with lemon juice
3 T. sugar
2 T. flour
Slice apples and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix with sugar and flour 9"x9" pan.
Topping
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Mix dry ingredients together, and cut in
butter until mixture is crumbly.
Compact apples and sprinkle on topping.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 40-50 minutes (brown & bubbly).
Serve warm or cool with ice cream or cool whip!
