Group Visits

During the apple season, we encourage groups to come and visit our orchard. We offer a beautiful private picnic area along the Swatara creek. Please bring your own seating (blanket or chairs). Groups are welcome to pick their own apples and pumpkins as part of the experience.

Throughout the apple season we often have school groups tour the orchard. During a tour, students learn about different apple and pumpkin varieties and how to pick them. Curious eyes may follow you as you pick you apples. Our friendly beef cows will be anxiously awaiting their apple treats as well. If students are interested they can learn more about the cows and their habits.

"Pick your own" will be available on Fridays, Saturdays all day and Sunday( afternoons only), and by appointment on other weekdays. Please call in advance to schedule your time. Use of the grounds for professional photography is permitted by appointment and for a small fee ($25).
